These Edwards E2M80 direct drive PFPE rotary vane pumps are inherently compact and vibration free with an ultimate pressure of 7.7×10-4 Torr and a pumping speed of 56.5 CFM at 60 Hz. These E2M80 Edwards vacuum pumps offer a finger-proof coupling housing and totally enclosed fan-cooled motors, which provide excellent operator protection. The Edwards E2M80’s give the best combination of performance, reliability, and cost in their class.
