The New Oerlikon Leybold TurboVac 151 turbo molecular high vacuum pump has a pumping speed of 145 liters per second (l/s). The inlet is ISO-100 with a ISO KF-25 exhaust foreline flange and a ISO KF-10 vent port. The Oerlikon Leybold Turbo Vac 151 turbomolecular pump can be used for all general-purpose high vacuum applications. This Turbomolecular Turbovac 151 pump is without a purge gas facility and is suited for only pumping of air or inert gases. They are not suited for pumping of aggressive or reactive gases. A “C” model is available on this website with a purge gas facility for aggressive gases. This is a Brand New TurboVac 151 and comes with a Manufacture Warranty. The electronic frequency converter (controller) and the connector cables required for operation are not included as standard equipment with this pump.
