The flanges, or the vacuum flange fittings, are available in the following sizes KF10, KF-16, KF-25, KF-40, KF-50 with corresponding flange sizes NW-10, NW-16, NW-25, NW-40.
The KF 4-Way Crosses are made of stainless steel. The KF-ISO assemblies consist of two flanges, a centering ring, and an aluminum clamp. A uniform application of pressure on the clamp insures a vacuum seal. The mating flange surfaces compress the o-ring, which is held in place by a metal centering ring, to generate vacuum seal.
