The Agilent Varian MS40+ mono stage rotary vane vacuum pump is used as a roughing pump for Agilent 6000 and 6100 single quadrupole LC/MS due to its high pumping capacity, small footprint, and reduced noise level. The Agilent Varian MS40+ vacuum pumps provides a large 26.5 CFM, has a KF-25 Inlet, KF-25 exhaust, produces an ultimate pressure of 37.5 mTorr, operates on 200-240 VAC at 1200 VA 50/60 Hz, and has Agilent Varian part number G196080040 with model 9499241M002. The Agilent MS 40+ mono stage vacuum pumps are used in many systems, including the 6100B series single quad LC/MS systems which are the ideal match for Agilent’s 1220, 1260 and 1290 Infinity Series LC systems.
