These Edwards E2M80 direct drive rotary vane pump are inherently compact and vibration free with an ultimate pressure of 7.7×10-4 Torr and a pumping speed of 53 CFM at 60 Hz. These E2M80 Edwards vacuum pump offers a finger-proof coupling housing and totally enclosed fan-cooled motors, that provides excellent operator protection.
