The new Leybold Sogevac Neo D series, dual stage oil sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps are designed with performance, efficiency and convenience in mind. Leybold’s cutting edge shaft seal technology allows the Sogevac Neo D series to operate maintenance-free for up to 3 years in clean applications. Built-in filtration with a top of the line exhaust filter inside the oil casing provides clean pump down and greatly reduces oil-loss and oil smoke. The Sogevac Neo D series is perfect in a variety of industries such as packaging in the food preparation industry, degassing, thermal forming of plastics, vacuum drying, impregnation, leak testing, vacuum stirring and mixing, heat treatment & plasma processes, R&D and sterilization.

This Sogevac Neo D 16 comes equipped with a 3 phase world motor, which can operate within the ranges of 180-284 and 342-457VAC @ 50Hz or 180-264 and 342-506VAC @ 60Hz. This model is flanged for DN 25 ISO-KF and can achieve an ultimate pressure of 8×10-3Mbar. This Sogevac Neo D 16 can pump up to 13.5 CFM and at max speed is quiet at 54 dB(A).
