Leybold Sogevac SV16B, 230V, 50/60 Hz, 1-Ph Single Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump. PN: 960165

The Leybold Sogevac SV16B is a single stage oil sealed vacuum pump, has a pumping speed of 11 CFM, and is designed for continuous operation over the working pressure range from atmosphere to less than 1 Torr. The Leybold Sogevac SV16B has built in exhaust filters, gas ballast valve, and an automatic oil return system. This pump is low noise, compact, low vibration, easy to operate and maintain, service and repair. These pumps are used in a variety of industries such as in packaging in the food preparation industry, degassing, thermal forming of plastics, vacuum drying, impregnation, leak testing, vacuum stirring and mixing.

NOTE: The intake for this pump comes with a screw-on reduction flange, size 1/2 inch “G” BSPT Female, commonly used in Europe and Great Britain. With the reduction flange removed, the size becomes 3/4 inch “G” BSPT Female. An NW/KF 16 to 1/2 inch “G” BSPT adapter fitting is available on this website, Part Number P103760 (see middle picture above).
