The NEW Pfeiffer Balzers DUO 10MC Corrosive Dual Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump is designed and manufactured to meet the demanding requirements of various industrial and scientific applications. Prepared for use with perfluoropolyether (PFPE) F4 Oil, but comes without an oil fill. Thanks to a very simple and highly reliable design, the Pfeiffer Balzers DUO 10MC corrosive dual stage rotary vane vacuum pump provides great performance with high pumping stability. This compact, high performance corrosive series pumps down to 10-3 mbar.

This pump also contains a high vacuum safety valve with integrated magnetic coupling.
