Application

The mask can be used in electron beam evaporation, thermal evaporation, magnetron sputtering and other equipment to prepare OPV, OLED, perovskite solar cells, photodetectors, field effect transistors and other device patterned films and electrodes.

Remarks: Generally speaking, the mask by the chemical etching process is smoother and has better flatness, but the price is more expensive; the slightly rough spots produced by high-precision laser cutting and welding are generally polished, but the price is cheaper some, but there is generally no problem in meeting normal experimental needs. Customers with special requirements must explain in advance.
